Educators
Student credits are collected upfront and in full when a reservation request is accepted by a professor, teacher or instructor-tutor. By keeping your communication and transactions on HookBoard, you are upholding our terms of use and can rest assured that you will receive the proper payout for each and every reservation.
If you decide to end your monthly educators subscription, you will still be able to access all HookBoard features through the end of the month in which you canceled — after that point, we’ll terminate your account and stop billing your credit card for our services.
Students
With our credit system, you only need to enter your bank account information the first time you purchase credits. Once your account has been verified, you can continue purchasing credits for as long as you decide to use your HookBoard student account.
If you decide to terminate your account, all of your unused credits will expire immediately. Otherwise, all credits are valid for a year after purchase date.
